- Must haves
- A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre
- Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
- Current QLD Blue Card.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met .
- Drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.
- Foster a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.
