Reports To
Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team on a production line to cut, trim, and pack a number of pork products from pork carcasses
- Maintain good housekeeping/food safety standards
- Be willing to follow work instructions
- Be competent and be able to complete tasks in a safe manner
- Demonstrate an ability to follow quality guidelines and procedures
- Have the ability to demonstrate knife skills. However, this is not essential
- Be a team player
- Ensure all products are produced and packed to company/customer specification
- Inform supervisor of any maintenance issues identified
- Receive full training
Skills / Qualifications / Experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Shows flexibility in all aspects of the role
