Graduate Planning and Building Approvals Manager

We are a town planning and development advisory consultancy. We provide the full range of town planning, property and development advisory services in an efficient and cost effective manner.

We do things differently and deliver a new and unique service. Whilst other town planners only understand the first stage of development, our wealth of experience with the whole redevelopment process ensures property investors and business owners do not fall into the trap of unnecessary construction and opening day delays.

Our niche is to get clients faster and easier planning approvals by identifying what can be completed without approval (exempt development), and what can be approved by a certifier (complying development), bypassing the lengthy and costly council process.

With our fresh approach to property development and our boutique consultancy format it allows us to provide a unique personalised service, achieving maximum return for investors and business owners. We take the headache and confusion out of building projects.

As a business we strive to achieve results whilst having a friendly, fun and family like environment. We value going the extra mile, simplicity, honesty, a positive outlook, being solutions and outcome focussed, proactivity and providing value for money.
