Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliate, programmatic)
- Manage acquisition budgets and optimise CPA / ROAS
- Build and refine trading funnel conversion journeys
- Work closely with product & dealing teams to align campaigns with market events
Fintech Content & Positioning
- Coordinate landing pages and trading campaigns
- Ensure messaging aligns with regulatory guidelines
Partnerships & Affiliates
- Manage promotional materials for introducing brokers
- Assist with regional campaign adaptation
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: CPL, CPA, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate
- Provide weekly growth reports with actionable insights
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in fintech / CFD / FX / crypto marketing
- Strong understanding of trading products (leverage, spreads, margin, volatility)
- Experience running paid acquisition campaigns
- Familiar with affiliate/IB marketing models
- Data-driven mindset (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, tracking tools)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
