What we're looking for:
- Branch or banking experience in home lending with a strong track record of success.
- Cert IV in Finance and MortgageBroking(or equivalent).
- Minimum three years of end-to-end home lending experience, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
- Highly organised, motivated, and results-driven.
- Skilled at identifying opportunities and converting them into outcomes.
