You will partner with the Operations Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and operational excellence across activities, develop procedures, deliver training, monitor legislative changes, and manage hazard reporting systems.
Key duties include audits, policy development, training record keeping, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while aligning with Quantem's values and safety standards.
