Our client URGENTLY requires aSystem Specialist - Facilitiesfor a 7 months+ Contract role in Williamtown, NSW.
We are seeking an experienced System Specialist - Facilities to work under limited supervision to develop Capability Definition Documents (CDD) and provide critical interface and oversight for facility-related activities. This role is a key element in delivering complex Defence capability projects.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Proven track record in developing Capability Definition Documentation (CDD) and facility artefacts.
- Experience drafting ASDEFCON Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), and participating in commercial/procurement activities.
- Participate in procurement and contract-related activities and populate facilities elements within systems engineering databases.
- Represent the project at workshops and meetings, collaborating with operators and delivery agencies to determine and document facility requirements.
- Experience in facilities delivery and working within Defence acquisition environments is highly desirable.
Must have (minimum) NV1 security clearance.
