About the Role
Quad Lock is looking for a Senior Demand Planner who'll play a key role in strengthening our global demand planning capability and improving forecast quality across the business. Partnering closely with the Head of Supply Chain, this role brings strong analytical and system expertise to support effective S&OP and better commercial and operational decision-making. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll provide insight-driven forecasting, coach best practices, and proactively drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and behaviours. This is a hands-on role, where you'll have the opportunity to influence how we plan, support others in building their capability and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
What You'll Do
- Deliver accurate global demand forecasts across short, medium, and long-term horizons using Logility
- Own forecasting methodologies, system parameters, and master data to ensure high-quality demand signals
- Support the Head of Supply Chain by partnering closely with sales, marketing, and key account teams to translate customer insights and market trends into actionable demand plans
- Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders that are aligned with the Head of Supply Chain's recommendations
- Support S&OP demand reviews through insight-led analysis and scenario modelling
- Monitor forecast performance and provide clear recommendations to improve accuracy and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with the Global Supply Planner to align demand with supply and inventory execution
- Act as the in-house Logility expert, supporting system optimisation and capability uplift
- Translate complex data into clear insights that inform commercial and operational decisions
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in demand and market trends, recommending actions to mitigate challenges or capitalise on opportunities
What You'll Bring
- Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies and demand planning processes
- Proven experience in demand planning or related roles within retail, consumer goods, or wholesale
- Extensive experience across multi-region, multi-channel environments (e-commerce & wholesale)
- High-level analytical capability, with the ability to interpret ambiguity and support decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional decision-making and influence senior leaders
- Confidence in applying sound judgment to adjust demand assumptions when data is inconsistent
- Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting their implementation
- Collaborative, proactive working style, with the ability to partner with leadership while operating autonomously when required
- Proficiency with planning systems (Logility preferred) and ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF CPF/ACPF) are highly advantageous
