QT Melbourne is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the Pascale restaurant team on a casual or part-time basis.
You will ensure outstanding service, supervise F&B team leaders and attendants, and support opening/closing duties in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.
You'll train staff, mix sophisticated drinks, uphold WH&S standards, manage rosters, and maintain par levels while delivering the QT guest philosophy of unexpected and unrequested delight.
