Role Overview
Rooftop at QT is one of Melbourne's most iconic venues. High above the city, it pairs sweeping skyline views with signature cocktails and a lively, all-day, all-night energy. It's an award-winning bar, recognised with Best Hotel Bar at the HM Awards and Best Bar at the Australian Gourmet Traveller Hotel Guide Awards.
As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of that experience. You'll deliver the high standard of service QT is known for, make drinks to hotel standards and keep guests at the centre of everything you do, while working alongside a team that celebrates individuality.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately.
- Maintain superior levels of food and beverage service, producing and dispensing products to hotel standards.
- Keep a strong knowledge of food and beverage products and the hotel's service policies and procedures.
- Stock all areas to established par levels and protect and maintain operating equipment.
- Follow cashiering policies and complete all assigned opening and closing duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following hotel policies and OH&S guidelines at all times.
