Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient service and anticipate guest needs throughout the night.
- Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, guest accounts, and nightly audit tasks with accuracy.
- Ensure all revenue and payments are correctly posted and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Action reservations, messages, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and the Nigh Manager to prepare rooms and resolve guest issues.
- Maintain strong communication, uphold hotel policies, and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
- Support other departments and complete additional duties as required.
