Key responsibilities:
- Interpreting OT reports, drawings, photos and site notes to build compliant scopes.
- Applying pricing, inclusions and exclusions consistently, and working closely with our Leading Estimator on best-practice standards.
- Liaising with OTs and clients to clarify requirements and chase missing information.
- Keeping AroFlo up to date with statuses, notes and documents.
- Meeting daily quote output targets as part of a high-performing team.
About you:
- Strong administrative background and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working at pace across a high-volume workload.
- Ability to pick up technical and construction terminology (training provided).
- Good computer literacy, with the ability to learn AroFlo, SharePoint and Teams.
- AI-curious and open to new technology, with a growth mindset.
