About the Roles
We are looking for reliable professionals to join our local project team. You will be responsible for executing high-quality civil works, ensuring project-readiness, and maintaining the high standards QCCS is known for across Central Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver concrete works for rail and mine site projects – from steel-fixing and formwork to pouring, finishing, and remediation.
What We Are Looking For
We value people who take pride in their work, value safety, and have a sharp eye for technical accuracy. Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience on civil, mining or industrial environments.
- A White/Blue Card and current Driver's Licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing random drug & alcohol screening.
- A focus on integrity, results, and a "can-do" attitude that fits a high-performance team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Highly Regarded
- HR Licence
- Cat 3 Rail medical or Coal Board Medical
- SARC Certificate (Safely Access the Rail Corridor)
- Experience in heavy rail and/or mine site environments
