This newly created role will play a critical part in ensuring new services, processes, tools and programs are understood, adopted and embedded across our retail and support teams. Working closely with the Head of Services, Retail Operations and Learning & Development, you'll help turn strategy into action and ensure initiatives deliver lasting business impact.
What you'll be doing
- Leading training, communication and change management activities for Services initiatives.
- Building retailer capability and confidence across Repairs, Aftercare, PCP, Custom Jewellery and future service offerings.
- Developing knowledge frameworks, resources and support materials.
- Supporting the rollout and embedding of new processes, technology and programs.
- Tracking adoption, engagement and capability outcomes.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to support business readiness and implementation success.
- Creating a consistent and engaging Services experience across all markets.
