QCC Pty Ltd is a high performing civil contractor delivering high quality subdivision, infrastructure, bulk earthworks and structural projects across Queensland. We're looking for a skilled Project Manager who can lead confidently, communicate clearly and deliver exceptional results across a diverse project portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead civil projects ranging from $100k to $1M
- Manage subdivisions, infrastructure works, road construction and concrete works
- Oversee bulk earthworks, school projects, basement excavations, carpark construction
- Manage structural building components and complex civil interfaces
- Handle contract interpretation, EOTs, progress claims, variations and client communication
- Conduct project planning, scheduling, procurement and reporting
- Provide tendering input and contract administration that drives winning outcomes
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure quality, safety and performance
About you:
- Proven civil construction PM experience
- Strong technical knowledge across roads, concrete, infrastructure, subdivisions and bulk earthworks
- Experience delivering projects in schools, carparks, basements or similar environments
- Confidence managing contracts, claims and variations
- Clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Results driven mindset and the ability to achieve big outcomes with a small team
- Tendering experience (highly regarded)
- Contract administration skills (highly regarded)
