- We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic
Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at QCC Hospitality Supplies in Bundall, Queensland.
As a casual employee, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail store.
- What you'll be doing
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Provide knowledgeable advice on our range of hospitality supplies
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organised store environment
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are visually appealing
- Perform other general retail duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality role
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in retail or hospitality service is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent product knowledge and a keen interest in the hospitality industry
- Existing knowledge of hospitality products is required at application
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- Weekend availability is required
