Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic digital and technology initiatives, from discovery through to release, across a complex and fast-paced environment. Drive alignment across Product, Technology, Commercial and Experience teams, managing priorities, dependencies and delivery outcomes across multiple squads.

The Delivery Lead coordinates delivery for initiatives within a CX domain, from discovery through to release, across the full tech stack. It is responsible for driving agile and collaborative ways of working across our Commercial, Digital and Technology teams. Working closely with domain leadership, Product Managers, BA Leads, Experience Leads, Technology Leads and external delivery partners, the role builds strong working relationships across business units. It aligns stakeholders on delivery plans, manages dependencies across squads and teams, and resolves blockers and competing priorities early. It keeps senior stakeholders informed through clear, timely updates on progress, risks and trade-offs. The role also provides people leadership, capability planning and workload management across delivery teams, and is accountable for delivery commitments, risks, dependencies and team effectiveness across the domain.

In This Role You Will:

  • Own the delivery plan for the domain across Digital and Technology platforms, from discovery through to production release.
  • Lead initiatives that span multiple squads, platforms and business units, aligning Commercial, Technology and delivery partners behind one plan and one set of dates.
  • Facilitate the domain's quarterly planning and prioritisation cycle, bringing squads and stakeholders to a sequenced plan to deliver on domain OKRs.
  • Manage delivery of initiatives across the domain's squads, ensuring alignment with new and agile ways of working, and our enterprise governance framework.
  • Manage delivery trade-offs, priorities and impacts with Product, Technology and Commercial stakeholders, and influence delivery decisions within the domain.
  • Manage go-live planning and issue resolution, working with vendors and delivery partners where they are involved in the release.
  • Own domain-level delivery reporting - sprint reports, quarterly plans and visibility of work - into the domain's governance cycle, and ensure transparent status updates across Commercial, C&D and Technology.
  • Play the delivery leadership role within the domain, setting how the squads work together and creating the conditions for engagement, accountability and effective delivery.

You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, E-Commerce or equivalent experience. Agile, delivery or project management certification is desirable.
  • 8+ years in technology, digital or software delivery.
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in delivering large initiatives, end-to-end across the full tech stack.
  • Leading delivery teams and coordinating delivery across multiple squads.
  • Working successfully with stakeholders across all levels and role types, including Product, Technology, Experience, Business Analysis and delivery partners.
  • Managing delivery planning, risks, issues, blockers and cross-squad dependencies.
  • Applying agile delivery practices and improving delivery flow.
  • Working with teams across locations, including Melbourne and Thailand.
