Qantas Group is seeking a Head of Technology Chapter at its Adelaide Head Office to lead end-to-end engineering and quality engineering capability within the Product Innovation Centre. You will drive engineering strategy, standards, and AI-native development while leading multiple squads and engineering leaders across mobile, web, backend, and quality domains.
You will partner with AI initiatives to embed AI-native practices and sustain adoption, measured by technical excellence, scalable.
