- Demonstrable success in driving development of products from concept to operational launch
- Proven ability to lead and manage sprint delivery process
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Business acumen with good project management skills
- Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams
- Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings
- The ability to take the initiative
- Enjoy working in fast-paced agile team environment.
