Solving issues during testing.

Your experience and capability:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce program and implementation working with internal and external teams (System Integrators).
- Extensive experience demands analytical mindset; being able to analyze multiple data sources in an investigative manner is important and provide insights.
- Enjoy all things data.
- Tracking and evaluating in a detail-oriented manner and advise the business on what should be reported on for value-add.
- The ability to make decisions fast. Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings will be important.
- The ability to take the initiative and tell the business what you need confidently.
- Experience with collaborative workspaces such as Confluence and Jira.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience.
- Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams.
- The ability to take the initiative and think outside the box to meet the objective.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced agile team environment.
