The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced,

Aluminum TIG welders .

Ideally you will have experience welding heat exchangers, radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers and other complex components of an aerospace or motorsport nature in Aluminum TIG welding.

• Weld, fabricate and assemble PWR products.
• Prepare various cores and assemblies for dispatch.
• Inspect products and/or materials to established operational standards.
• Working autonomously and/or in a team and at times mentor apprentices
• Operate lifting equipment incidental to work.
• Your Skills and Experience
• Significant experience in welding 1.2mm - 3mm aluminum.
• Ability to weld fine grade aluminum.
• Able to read and interpret detailed 2D drawings.
• A good understanding of jig and fixture utilisation for accuracy will be highly regarded.
• Able to meet tight timeframes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm and focused in a high‑pressure environment.
• Experience welding heat exchangers for the motorsport or aerospace industries will be highly regarded.
• Quality and pride in workmanship.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy workplace.
• Able to troubleshoot problematic jobs.
• Confident in making decisions and working autonomously.

All employees will undertake a pre-employment medical and character check where required.
