The Opportunity
PWR is a global leader in advanced cooling solutions, trusted by Formula 1, NASCAR, Supercars, aerospace and high-performance automotive customers worldwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Technical Services team.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll develop, improve and support manufacturing processes across our production environment, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with Design, Production and Quality teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product introductions and helping solve complex manufacturing challenges.
Your Skills & Experience
- Qualified in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related Engineering discipline.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles.
- Experience improving production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with tooling, fixturing, process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
