Moomoo is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Sydney to warmly welcome clients into our experiential store, guide them through our platform, and ensure their investing experience is smooth and enjoyable.
You will assist with account openings, answer questions, support events, and help the team run store operations while keeping client information safe. English is essential, Mandarin/Cantonese a plus, and you should be comfortable with multitasking and rotating shifts.
