Mechanical Fitters (C8)
Brief Job Summary
We are seeking trade-qualified C8 Mechanical Fitters for multiple opportunities across Melbourne. A wide range of casual, permanent and contract roles are available, with day, afternoon, night shift and weekend work on offer.

Key Requirements
- Trade Qualification - Mechanical Fitter (C8 classification)
- Strong maintenance experience across production plant and high-speed machinery
- Proven capability in breakdowns, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance
- Previous industrial experience within manufacturing environments
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute effectively within a team
- Effective communication skills
- Computer literacy, including experience with CMMS software
