Punjab Imports & Sadar Bazaar is a growing retail group specialising in Indian groceries, homewares, food and shopping experiences. We are seeking an experienced Head of Brand & Marketing to lead our marketing team, strengthen our brands and drive national growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to support business expansion.
- Build consistent branding across stores, social media and digital platforms.
- Lead the marketing team, designers, content creators and external agencies.
- Plan digital campaigns, social media promotions, events and seasonal marketing.
- Develop influencer partnerships, customer loyalty initiatives and brand collaborations.
- Lead marketing campaigns for new store openings.
- Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Work closely with store teams to increase customer engagement and sales.
About You
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or brand leadership role.
- Experience growing retail, supermarket, franchise or multi-location brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy and customer retention.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Commercially minded, creative and results-driven.
- Experience supporting national expansion will be highly regarded.
