Warehouse & Pick Pack Assistant – Pump Haircare
Location: Chatswood, NSW
About us: Pump Haircare is an Australian hair care brand that makes salon-quality products for everyday use. We sell online and through retail and wholesale partners, and we’re looking for a reliable team member to keep our warehouse running smoothly and our orders going out right.
The role: You’ll work in our warehouse, from receiving stock to dispatching online and wholesale orders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving incoming stock and components, checking them against POs and putting them away
- Picking, packing and dispatching online, retail and wholesale orders accurately and on time
- Doing regular cycle counts and stocktakes
- Preparing pallets and booking or coordinating courier and freight pickups
- Flagging damaged or faulty stock
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
About you:
- You have warehouse, pick pack or dispatch experience
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in getting orders right
- You’re reliable and organised, and you can work independently
- You’re physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg
