The Opportunity:
A rare opportunity has become available for a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join a warm and dedicated team where children and families are at the heart of everything they do.
The service operates within a 6.5-acre farm-like environment, offering children a rich, hands-on learning experience surrounded by nature and a variety of farm animals, helping to create meaningful, real-world connections to learning.
The service is known for its strong culture of collaboration and reflection, with a leadership team committed to creating engaging and purposeful learning environments. Educators are supported to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards, while fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
The Ideal Educator Will Have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in Australian ECE settings
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for high-quality education and care
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- A valid driver\'s licence and access to a car, as the service is not located near public transport
