- 3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion-focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context.
- Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering.
- An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works.
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
