We are seeking an experienced waiter to join our front-of-house team and deliver the exceptional level of service our guests expect.
About the Role
As a waiter at Ito, you will:
- Provide attentive, refined service in line with our Japanese-Italian fine-dining concept.
- Guide guests through the menu, highlighting the harmony of Japanese flavors and Italian influences.
- Deliver professional beverage service, including wine, sake, and Italian varietals.
- Work seamlessly with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure a polished guest experience.
- Maintain Ito's reputation as a 1-Hatted dining destination.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality.
- Confidence in food and beverage service, ideally with knowledge of Japanese cuisine and/or Italian wines.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and guest focus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, precise service environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
