Responsibilities
- Sales hunter to build and bring in new business based on book of business
- Prospect territory, clients, and leads
- Identify and develop new targets to develop national business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions
- Increase market penetration for the PSA BDP brand
- Engage with Asia region global sales team, Product Leaders, and Vertical team to develop target accounts within country/ region
- Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Great negotiation, consultative and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, be organized, methodical and deal well under pressure.
