We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to our employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild their confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments
- Deliver wellness programs and pre-employment assessments
- Attend case conferences and client meetings
- Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programs
- Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to larger projects such as injury prevention initiatives and job dictionary development
About You
You’re a Rehabilitation Consultant who thrives on making a difference. You’re a confident communicator, enjoy building strong relationships, and are motivated by helping people get back on track.
You’ll bring:
