Protech are seeking an experienced Loader Operator for an immediate start at a busy quarry operation located in Ormeau on the northern Gold Coast. This is a hands-on role suited to an operator with demonstrated quarry or mining experience, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to consistently achieve production and performance targets.
Pre-employment medical completed including Drug and Alcohol screening
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate starts available
- Full time hours casualMon to Fri, with ability to work 5.5 days per week
- Minimal wet weather interruptions
- Ordinary hours $42.26 + Overtime rates
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a Front-End Loader fitted with onboard scale systems
- Load and stockpile quarry materials in line with site requirements
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Valid Driver's Licence with own reliable transport – mandatory
- Previous quarry, civil, or mining experience – mandatory
- Mobile plant tickets (Loader, Dump Truck) – advantageous
