LF Forklift Operator - Counterbalance | Wacol
Looking for stable forklift work with consistent Monday-to-Friday hours, and long-term security?
ProQuest Recruitment is seeking an experienced LF Forklift Operator to join a well-established Australian craft, stationery and creative products distributor at its modern Wacol warehouse.
This is not a short-term assignment. We're looking for someone who wants reliable, ongoing work in a clean, organised and safety-focused warehouse with a supportive team.

What you'll be doing
You'll be working across forklift and general warehouse operations, including:
- Operating Counterbalance Forklifts
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Putaway, replenishment and bulk stock movements
- RF scanning and inventory control
- Order picking and general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area
- Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets
What we're looking for
To be considered, you'll need:
- A current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven Counterbalance forklift experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Confidence loading, unloading and moving stock safely
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport and a strong attendance record
- Availability for ongoing full-time hours and overtime when required
- Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check
Please note:
Due to the ongoing full-time hours and overtime requirements, this position is not suitable for Student Visa holders.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check before commencing.
