Bulk Pickers – Knoxfield | $33.85 per hour | Ongoing Casual Opportunities
ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Bulk Pickers to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Knoxfield. With peak season approaching, our client is looking to increase their warehouse workforce and is seeking reliable, hardworking operators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with previous bulk picking experience who enjoy keeping active and can maintain accuracy and productivity throughout their shift.
The Role:
- Bulk picking of stock and preparing orders for dispatch
- Operating RF scanners to pick and process orders accurately
- Manual handling of stock, including repetitive and heavy lifting
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse and maintaining an organised work area
- Meeting daily picking targets while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy
- Working as part of a team to ensure orders are processed efficiently
- Full day shifts, with start and finish times scheduled between 6:00am and 6:00pm
- Candidates must be fully flexible and available to work within this operating window
- $33.85 per hour
- Ongoing casual opportunities with increased demand heading into peak season

To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience in bulk picking within a warehouse or distribution environment
- RF scanning experience is essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy and repetitive manual handling
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours
- Current driver's licence and your own reliable transport are essential due to the location and shift times
- A positive attitude and willingness to be hands-on and support the wider warehouse team
