Property Network of Australia is seeking a Property Administrator to join a dynamic property investment and development group with a focus on both residential and commercial assets. The company operates with a small, collaborative team and partners with external property professionals to deliver high-quality property outcomes. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in administration and accounts, ideally within the property industry, to provide essential support across office, accounts, and property functions.
This full-time role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys a varied workload, including office administration, accounts processing, and supporting property investment activities. You will also provide PA support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, reception, diary, and mail duties
- Process account receipts, payments, and basic entries in XERO
- Prepare monthly financial and property reports
- Support property investment and development administration
- Maintain business records and property-related information
- Provide PA support to the Managing Director
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in property administration or professional office environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and XERO
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and a proactive, responsible approach
