Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to join a growing property group focused on delivering high standards across retail and commercial assets. The company manages a diverse portfolio, driving operational excellence and sustainability initiatives in the property industry.
This hands-on role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to resolve issues onsite, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. You will support national teams, implement energy efficiency projects, and ensure smooth operations across multiple sites.
- Implement and monitor compliance with WH&S and regulatory requirements
- Oversee contractor performance and service agreements across all sites
- Drive ESG and energy efficiency initiatives portfolio-wide
- Support development teams on new site infrastructure and fitouts
- Conduct monthly contract reviews and management reporting
- Resolve onsite technical issues and ensure a safe workplace
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in property facilities management and regulatory compliance
- Strong technical knowledge of building operations and environmental management
