Property Network of Australia is seeking a Administration & Marketing Coordinator to join a leading property management business focused on retail asset performance and stakeholder engagement. The company operates within the commercial real estate sector, delivering advisory and management services for retail property assets. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in administration and marketing coordination within retail property or commercial real estate (preferred).
This role provides broad administrative and accounts support to the Centre Management team, maintaining accurate records and acting as a key contact for retailers and stakeholders. You will also coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to support retail performance and customer engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Centre Manager and team
- Assist with property accounts, tenant billings, invoices, and financial reporting
- Maintain tenancy information, lease administration, and property records
- Act as a key contact for retailers and stakeholders, managing enquiries
- Coordinate centre marketing calendar, campaigns, promotions, and events
- Manage marketing collateral, communications, and campaign reporting
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years' experience in administration or coordination within retail property
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with property accounts and financial information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management databases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
