Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join a leading retail property landlord, focused on delivering innovative shopping experiences and community engagement. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in marketing management within the retail property sector, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that optimise sales, traffic, and brand equity.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will oversee the creation and implementation of annual marketing plans, manage budgets, and drive promotional campaigns. You will collaborate with centre management, retailers, and agency partners to ensure effective brand positioning and stakeholder engagement. The role includes supervising a Marketing Assistant and participating in centre operations, including duty manager responsibilities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual strategic marketing plans and budgets
- Manage centre brand, promotions, activations, and advertising campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Engage retailers and support their promotional initiatives
- Oversee digital, social, and traditional media platforms and agency partners
- Prepare monthly marketing, sales, and traffic reports
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in retail property marketing and campaign management
- Proficiency in marketing software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Leadership skills to mentor and develop team members
