Propeller is seeking a Site Support Technician to help customers master earthwork using our cutting-edge hardware and cloud software. You will serve as the hands-on link between DirtMate, drones, GCPs, and our cloud workspace, guiding customers from setup through issue resolution.
You will troubleshoot in the field, provide remote and on-site support, and work within our Global Customer Support Team to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience across all interactions.
