Our client is a well-established service provider specialising in HVAC systems across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled Refrigeration / HVAC Technician to join their team working on CBD sites. This role is a mix of upgrades, installs, maintenance and service, but focuses on maintenance and service. Ideal for mid level to highly experienced techs. What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, service, fault finding, and repair of HVAC Systems
- Carry out install work as required
- Perform service work as well as scheduled preventative maintenance across an established commercial client base
- Complete minor rectification works and component replacements as required (not installation-focused)
- Maintain a clean, organised company vehicle and tools, representing the business professionally
- Provide high-quality customer service, communicating clearly with clients and maintaining professional work practices on-site

- Confidence working in commercial environments and communicating with customers
- Ability to estimate time and materials required for repairs

Required Licences & Qualifications
- Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
- NSW Restricted Electrical Licence
- White Card
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Permanent Australian work rights (no sponsorship available)
