Pronto Pilates is seeking a part-time Studio Operations Specialist to cover our Richmond studio.
This hands-on role supports the Studio Success Manager, with no fixed hours; you will be called in as needed to keep our guest experience at a 5-star level.
The position offers 8–10 hours per week, four set shifts (Mon, Wed, Fri and one weekend day), outside peak hours.
Pay ranges from $30–$40 per hour, with incentives based on experience and performance.
