We build complex commercial joinery across design, manufacture, and installation, and we expect our Project Managers to think, adapt, and make judgement calls without waiting for permission.

The Role
You will take ownership of joinery projects from early coordination through installation and close-out.
That ownership is real.
There is no hand-holding, no step-by-step manual, and no safety net of endless approvals.
You will be expected to
- Interpret incomplete information and move projects forward anyway
- Make commercial and technical decisions in real time
- Navigate shifting priorities, evolving scopes, and changing site conditions
- Coordinate across drafting, production, procurement, and installation without relying on rigid workflows
- Communicate directly and transparently with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Accept that systems, tools, and processes are continually being refined and challenged
