Project Human Resources is assisting a K-12 college in Byford by recruiting an enthusiastic HR Advisor. Reporting to the Principal, this standalone role offers autonomy to shape HR practice within the college community.
You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration across the full lifecycle, while contributing to a positive workplace culture and compliance with workplace agreements and legislation.
