- Ability to build scripts for test execution, environment setup, and log analysis
- Strong understanding of server hardware architecture
- Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Add-on Skills:
- Proficient with PowerShell script-based development for automation
- Knowledge of platform components and concepts such as CPLD, JBOD, and system interconnects
- Experience in stress, performance, and reliability testing
- Ability to work in customer-facing (OEM) / partner-facing roles
- Experience in HW system engineering, bring-up, and validation
- Knowledge of firmware / BIOS / BMC interaction and system-level debugging
- Hands-on experience in data center (DC) environments
- Provide ops support (DC + NPI), live issue triage, and escalation handling
- Ability to work with system engineers, software teams, and program stakeholders
- Familiarity with scalable automation (multi-node / rack-level systems)
- Exposure to Ansible / container-based orchestration frameworks is preferred.
