We are currently seeking experienced Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse team in Port Melbourne.
This role involves operating a reach forklift, moving pallets, organising incoming freight and assisting with warehouse picking and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach forklift to move and organise pallets.
- Use an electronic pallet jack to manoeuvre pick trolleys to designated areas.
- Unload pallets from trucks and transfer them to the warehouse floor.
- Sort and organise pallets according to colour-coding requirements.
- Use an RF scanner to scan and place invoices into designated pick boxes.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Requirements
- Current and valid forklift licence.
- Proven experience and confidence operating a reach forklift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
- Yellow high-visibility clothing and steel-cap safety boots.
- Completion of the mandatory online induction before commencing work.
