Lifeline Australia is seeking an In-Shift Support – Digital role based remotely in Australia.
The role operates on a 24/7 roster, including weekends and overnights, to support our Digital Service crisis supporters and help expand service and performance.
You will monitor shifts, provide real-time support, debrief after difficult interactions, and coordinate responses.
A background in crisis services and allied health education is preferred.
