Programmed is seeking 12 experienced High Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a leading 3PL logistics provider with modern warehouses located in Orchard Hills and Kemps Creek.
Pay Rates: $38.67 - $44.02 per hour (Rates vary depending on shift, position, and work area)
Shifts Available:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 11:00am - 7:00pm
- 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating High Reach or Counterbalance forklifts
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- RF scanning and order picking
- Putaways and stock replenishment
- Pick packing and handling bulk stock
- General warehouse and inventory duties
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
To Be Successful:
- Proven High Reach forklift experience
- Previous warehouse or 3PL experience highly regarded
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent attendance
- Able to complete Police Check
