They have an exciting opportunity for Forklift Operators to join their well-established team on a casual basis located in the Forrestfield area with AM and PM shifts available, working in their refridge area. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $37.97 (AM) - $42.88 (PM) per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + shift penalties applicable and free onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading/unloading trucks, trailers, containers and rail wagons
- Use of counterbalance and high reach forklift (Electric 1.8T)
- Restraining loads
- Moving of awkward/ugly freight
- Working in cold/freezer store environments
- Working in a safe manner
Successful candidates will have:
- Current LF High Risk Work license
- Experience operating a Forklift is essential
- Logistics experience is advantageous
- Flexibility with working hours and availability to work weekends if required
- Great punctuality & time management
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working within a cold room environment
- Rights to work within Australia
