We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading Australian company working as a Forklift Operator across Day, Afternoon, Night Shifts. This role is working on tarmac at Melbourne Airport across Domestic & International terminals.
About your new role:
- Forklift duties in International Warehouse
- Driving freight tuggers on the tarmac to planes
- Loading and unloading of freight from trucks and ULD's, into and out of racking
- Processing inbound and outbound freight
- Sorting, weighing, and scanning of parcels
- Availability across all shifts - Day, Afternoon, Night
- General warehousing duties
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Forklift license & experience operating counterbalance forklift
- Must be available across all shifts - day, afternoon and night
- Experience in receipting and receiving goods (desirable)
- Team player
- Must be able to work Mon to Sun
As part of your application you will be required / willing to obtain:
- Red ASIC (Airport Security Identification Card) which will include a background check - this will be organised for you
- Pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen - this will be organised for you
