Programmed Maintenance Services in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a Works Supervisor to coordinate, monitor and manage subcontractor performance for a large-scale social housing contract. You will ensure safe, timely and quality delivery of all works, meeting client and Programmed standards.
Reporting to Contract Manager, you will plan, schedule and oversee works from start to finish, maintain budgets, and uphold safety culture across site teams.
